Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends dispatch the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Flat rate of R120. Free delivery for orders over R2 000.
Delivery Time
Main centres: 1–3 business days. Regional areas: 3–5 business days.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.
Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Damaged Items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
